After 15 years developing, creating, and manufacturing Fine Fragrance’s for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, it became clear that the industry had lost touch with its core values. The overuse of packaging, plastics, and unrecyclable materials, combined with constant social media marketing, has meant that the fragrance itself is often overlooked.
Ampersand aims to be different. It offers a gender-neutral, cruelty-free, stylish yet simple, and reasonably priced fragrance that prioritises the scent itself. By keeping things simple, ethical, and responsibly packaged, not only are the costs reduced – but we are also 99.3% plastic free. Our fragrances are made using the same process as bottles that cost over £300 and created by leading perfumers.
Our retailers are essential to our business, and we support them with good margins, never compete with online-only retailers, and provide training, advice, and POS materials to fit their needs, no matter how small their business is.
